2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping as follows:
• United Kingdom: £4 per order
• International Orders: £19 per order
Shipping costs are applied at checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin after processing:
• UK: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

5. Customs & Import Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Raising Rayn and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Raising Rayn is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will gladly assist in tracking your order and helping resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
