At RaisingRayn, we pride ourselves on providing beautifully crafted headwraps, accessories, bags, apparel, and curated gift items. Please review our return policy before placing an order.
1. Customized & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our products are handmade, special edition, or personalized (including curated gift boxes and custom bundle items), these items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Custom bundles or gift box selections
- Made-to-order and limited-edition accessories
- Personalized apparel or items marked as non-returnable
2. Non-Customized Items
For standard non-customized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve issues quickly, please provide:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production, custom packaging, or fulfillment has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible for return, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
RaisingRayn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, we are always happy to assist you in tracking your order and finding a solution.
